- After purchasing the plugin, download the plugin ZIP file and the documentation file from the platform where you completed your purchase. Each license is intended for one website domain. To move the license to another website, deactivate it from the License tab on the current website first, then activate it on the new website using the same license key, subject to the license terms.

No. WhatsApp Business Hub Pro does not send automated outbound WhatsApp messages. The plugin uses official wa.me links to open WhatsApp on the visitor's device, where the visitor can review and send the message themselves. Automated WooCommerce order notifications are handled through Telegram.

No. Customers connect their Telegram account once through the WooCommerce Thank You page or My Account area. After that, they can receive notifications for supported future order status changes while the license is active. Both registered customers and guests are supported.

License keys are issued manually after purchase. Contact us with your purchase order number by email at info@noor-dev.top or via Telegram. After receiving the key, enter it under WhatsApp Hub → License and click Activate License. The license is verified periodically every 7 days. If the license server is temporarily unavailable, a 3-day grace period applies.

Yes. WhatsApp Business Hub Pro includes a full Arabic RTL administration interface with Cairo font support. The interface language follows the WordPress site language configuration where supported. Telegram notification messages can also be configured in Arabic or English independently.
