- After purchasing from Codester, download whatsapp-business-hub.zipبعد الشراء من Codester، حمّل ملف whatsapp-business-hub.zip
- In WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Pluginاذهب إلى الإضافات ← إضافة جديدة ← رفع الإضافة
- Select the downloaded file and click Install Nowاختر الملف واضغط تثبيت الآن
- Click Activate Pluginاضغط تفعيل الإضافة

License Activationتفعيل الترخيص
A license is required to unlock all plugin features. Each license works on one site only.

- Go to WhatsApp Hub → License in the admin panelاذهب إلى WhatsApp Hub ← License في لوحة التحكم
- Enter your license key in format

No. WhatsApp Business Hub Pro does not send automated outbound WhatsApp messages. The plugin uses official wa.me links to open WhatsApp on the visitor's own device, where the visitor can review and send the message themselves. Automated notifications are handled through Telegram.

2. Does the customer need to connect Telegram for every order?٢. هل يحتاج العميل لربط تيليجرام مع كل طلب؟
No. The customer links their Telegram account once through the WooCommerce Thank You page or My Account area. After that, supported future order status notifications are sent automatically through the Customer Telegram Bot. The system supports both registered customers and guests.

The Customer Telegram Bot is used for customer-facing notifications. Keeping them separate allows different message content, language settings, and configurations for administrators and customers.

Each license is domain-locked and intended for use on a single site. The plugin includes a server-side license verification system to control license activation. To move to another site, deactivate the license first from the License tab, then activate it on the new site.

After purchasing the plugin on Codester, use the Codester messaging or support system to request your license key. After receiving the key, go to WhatsApp Hub → License, enter the license key, and click Activate License.

Yes. WhatsApp Business Hub Pro includes a full Arabic RTL administration interface with Cairo font support. The interface language follows the WordPress site language configuration where supported. Telegram notification messages can also be configured in Arabic or English independently.
